If missing teeth are getting in the way of you living the life you want, Dr. Grantham of Copperas Cove, Texas is the man you want to see. Dr. Grantham and his compassionate and professional team can replace your missing tooth or teeth with strong, secure, long-lasting dental implants.

Dental implants are a more permanent tooth replacement that look and feel just like natural teeth. There is no embarrassing need to remove the prostheses like you would with some dentures. Dental implants are root replacements that are surgically attached to the jawbone. Once secure, a fabricated tooth is fixed securely to the implant. Implants are stable and secure and look so much like your natural teeth, no one will know you weren’t born with them.

Some of the benefits of choosing a dental implant are:

  • Improved appearance
  • Long-lasting results
  • No removal for eating or cleaning required
  • Helps preserve bone structure
  • Helps to regain normal speech
  • Look and feel just like natural teeth
  • Improved oral health, as the adjacent teeth do not need to be altered in order to place an implant
  • Comfortable and convenient

I am interested in a consult, what can I expect?

Dr. Grantham will have you in for an initial consult where he will go over the procedure and make sure you are a good, healthy candidate for implants. If you are approved and want to move forward with the procedure, you will be scheduled for at least two surgical visits.  During your first visit, Dr. Grantham will place the implant using 3D guided implant precision.  For the next few months, the implant will bond with the jawbone and become secure.  When everything looks good, Dr. Grantham can then attach the seamlessly matched, fabricated tooth to the implant, and send you on your way!

If you are missing multiple teeth, several implants may provide a secure base for a fixed bridge. Implants can also be used to secure a full set of removable dentures for people who have no remaining natural teeth. This can greatly improve chewing ability, among other benefits.

If you are worried about the potential cost of implants, as they can be a more expensive procedure up front, please let us know.  We are proud to offer our patients in-office financing options, so you don’t have to choose between your other obligations and your dental health. We can help you get the dental care you need at a price you can afford.

If you are ready to get the amazing smile you deserve, let Dr. Grantham and his team help you out – give us a call at (254) 845-7531.

COVID-19 UPDATE

*Temporary Office Hours: Mondays - Thursday from 8AM to 3PM

On March 22nd, Gov. Abbott announced new restrictions on non-urgent medical and dental procedures so that Texas can maximize its capacity for medical professionals, hospital beds, and the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE).

From now until April 21, 2020, all dental offices in Texas must limit care to emergency treatment only, including our practice. If you have an appointment scheduled, please wait for our team to reach out to reschedule your appointment. If you receive an appointment confirmation notification, please disregard the message.

Please note that effective March 23rd, all appointments between now and April 21st will need to be rescheduled. Please wait for our team to reach out to reschedule your appointment.

We will have limited staff working at various intervals to handle any questions you may have, as well as take care of your emergency dental needs. If anyone you know is impacted by clinic closures and experiencing an urgent dental matter, we can see them too if they are free of symptoms and not under mandated quarantine due to possible exposure.

While this mandated closure is out of our control, we will continue to control what we can: to smile, stay positive, and share kindness as we head into unknown territory. We are confident that the good fortune we have had to deliver outstanding dental care, will once again return and we are looking forward to that day. Until then, stay well.
